Specificity & Applications: 

Solid-phase ELISA: Antibody binds recombinant human plasminogen and angiostatin, specifically kringles 1-3, in solid-phase and solution-phase ELISA.  Antibody binds only slightly to isolated kringle fragment 1-4 and does not bind isolated fragment 4.

 

Immunoblotting:  Antibody binds recombinant human plasminogen and angiostatin, approximate molecular weight of 88 kD, under reduced and non-reduced conditions.

Product Form:  Lyophilized from a 1 mg/ml solution with 10 mM NaH2PO4, 0.15 M NaCl, 1.0% mannitol, pH 7.4.  Concentration determined by absorbance measurement at 280 nm and using an extinction coefficient of 1.4 (E0.1%).

Purity:  Confirmed >98% pure by SDS-PAGE

Working Concentration:  Approximately 1-5 μg/ml.  Researcher should titer antibody in specific assay.
