Anti-Antithrombin
Clone GMA-800
Epitope: Not determined.
Immunogen: Human anti-thrombin III
Host: Murine
Clonality: Monoclonal
Hybridoma: NS-1 x murine spleen cells (Balb/c)
Isotype: IgG1
Specificity & Applications:
Solid-phase ELISA: Antibody binds human antithrombin (ATIII) in solid-phase ELISA. It binds human and baboon ATIII in plasma, but not ATIII in bovine, dog or rabbit plasma.
Immunoblotting: Antibody binds human anti-thrombin, approximate molecular weight of 58 kD, under reduced and non-reduced conditions.
Other Information: The dissociation constant of this antibody is 2.0 x 10-9 M/L (BIACORE). Antibody inhibits plasma ATIII activity in chromogenic thrombin assays in the presence of excess heparin and blocks purified IIa inhibition activity and purified Xa inhibition activity in the absence of heparin
Product Form: Lyophilized from a 1 mg/ml solution with 10 mM NaH2PO4, 0.15 M NaCl, 1.0% mannitol, pH 7.4. Concentration determined by absorbance measurement at 280 nm and using an extinction coefficient of 1.4 (E0.1%).
Purity: Confirmed >98% pure by SDS-PAGE
Working Concentration: Approximately 1-5 μg/ml. Researcher should titer antibody in specific assay.
Country of Origin: USA
