Refunds & Returns
All product is shipped F.O.B. our dock. If in our sole consideration, there has been a problem in the shipping or in the receiving process for which our customer is blameless, we will replace the product immediately without charge. Under no circumstances will we issue a refund nor do we guarantee the product's fitness for use use in any process not designed or supervised by Green Mountain Antibodies, Inc.
