After 13 successful years making mouse monoclonal antibodies for the rest of the world, we have recently embarked on the development and characterization of our own antibodies in the areas of cardiovascular disease, environmental biomarkers, and infectious disease.  Several of these antibodies should be released for sale by the end of 2009.  Our hope is to provide high quality, well characterized antibodies to measure important proteins in these multi-protein systems.  Unquestionably, PCR and the explosion of gene sequences have lead to incredible discoveries in science and medicine.  At GMA, we believe knowledge of the gene products, the proteins, is equally important.  Antibodies continue to be unmatched reagents for the quantitative and qualitative study of proteins. 

 

It's a very exciting time to be in an antibody business!
