Rapid development of monoclonal antibodies using RIMMS!

At Green Mountain Antibodies, we understand the importance of acquiring custom-made antibodies as quickly as possible.  By working with GMA, you can significantly decrease the time required to develop your monoclonal antibodies!  We offer a novel immunization strategy called “repetitive, multiple site immunization” (RIMMS).  This method is based on the rapid hypermutation and affinity maturation which occur in B cells in the secondary lymphatic tissue.  This reaction occurs very early in the immune system’s response to antigens, allowing for isolation and fusion of these B cells weeks earlier than standard methods.  We are proud to offer this service to our customers and hope that you will consider us for the development of your next monoclonal antibody!
