The final step: production and purification

 GMA offers small and large-scale in vitro and in vivo monoclonal antibody production and purification. The amount of antibody produced will depend on the cell line's growth and antibody production rates. There is no substitute for spending time optimizing the hybridoma cell line before scale up.

Our preferred method for storing purified antibodies is as a 50% glycerol/water suspension of an ammonium sulfate precipitation and storage at -20° C.

We will gladly prepare your antibody according to your specifications including lyophilizing, sterile filtering, or biotinylating a portion of the final sample.
